Adding 3rd Party MIBS to ipMonitor 10.8

Greetings!

I'm trying to figure out how to add the MIBS to our newly purchased ExaGrid EX13000E device into ipMonitor, but all of the documentation I've found talk about a Custom Database Builder which can't be found anywhere.   The version of IPM I have is 10.8 and I haven't had much luck in finding the ExaGrid MIBs from the support site on SolarWinds. 

Is there a place where I can upload the MIBs to the site to get them on the list of precompiled MIBs so I can download them later?
